Japanese Arcade

This project was one of my final projects of my Masters' course at university (alongside the Stylised Hot Pot Stand) and it is an Unreal Engine scene based on arcades found in Japan.
In my previous project (the Gargantia) I tried to absorb as much information as I could about workflows and about Unreal from scratch. Becoming more comfortable with Unreal, I decided to focus mainly on lighting In this project; an area I felt I needed to improve on with the previous project. Therefore I decided to work on a Japanese arcade scene which would feature many lights.
It was fun to make the arcade games that I enjoyed playing during my holiday in Japan. I became more comfortable with lighting in Unreal, as well as gaining an understanding of lightmaps. It also introduced emissive lighting to my skill set which was interesting to use.
