I wanted to practice making "fiery" shaders and stylised projectiles so I had a go at recreating the Cursed Energy from Jujutsu Kaisen! I used this opportunity to also become more comfortable with Sequencer, adding in camera movement and post processing changes. In the spirit of anime, I also added in some impact frames which was fun to work with.
Textures were made in Clip Studio Paint and Substance Designer, with meshes made in Blender.
